Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information to use the service. Temporary addresses are generated randomly and are not linked to your name or real email.

We process the messages that arrive at your temporary address only to show them to you. We use your IP address only to apply usage limits and prevent abuse: it serves as a temporary counter key that is removed automatically once it is older than 24 hours.

If you write to us through the contact page, we store your name, email address, subject, message, the page language and a shortened hash of your IP address (used only to limit repeated submissions). We use this only to answer you and handle abuse reports, and we save the replies we send. This data is kept until we delete it, and you can ask us to delete it through the contact page.

2. Messages and Retention

Messages are stored on the service cloud infrastructure only while the mailbox is active. The default lifetime is 20 minutes and it can be extended up to 60 minutes.

Messages are permanently deleted when the mailbox expires or when you burn it. We cannot restore them afterwards.

3. Local Storage and Cookies

Your browser keeps session data (mailbox address and access key) and your language in local storage so your mailbox stays available when you reload the page.

We may enable traffic analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense). When enabled, Google may use cookies and identifiers to measure traffic and show ads under its own policies. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com or block cookies in your browser settings.

4. Infrastructure Providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, email reception and network protection. Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP addresses under its own policy.

To block bots we may use Cloudflare Turnstile when an address is requested or the contact form is sent. Cloudflare receives the technical data needed for that check, including your IP address, under its own policy.

5. Security

Messages are displayed inside an isolated frame after HTML sanitization, and external images are blocked to reduce tracking. No system is completely secure, so do not use a temporary address for sensitive accounts such as banking or government services.

6. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the last updated date is shown at the top. For questions, use the contact page.
