Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using FreeTemp.email you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

The service provides free temporary email addresses that can only receive messages and that expire after a short time. You cannot send email from these addresses.

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of delivery or continuous availability. Some websites may reject temporary addresses.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity, to harass others, to send spam, or to generate addresses with excessive automation.

You must not use it to violate the terms of other services or to bypass their security measures. We may block senders, domains or IP addresses and limit requests to protect the service.

4. Sensitive Accounts

Do not use a temporary address for accounts you may need to recover later, or for banking, government or healthcare accounts. Messages are deleted when the mailbox expires and cannot be recovered.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

Incoming messages come from third parties and we are not responsible for their content or links. Be careful when opening links and attachments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the service, from being unable to access it, or from lost messages.

7. Changes and Contact

We may change these terms; the last updated date is shown at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes. To contact us, use the contact page.
